With proper care and maintenance, your reusable pads can last you 1 to 2 years.
Our menstrual cup is available in three sizes:
Size 1 – recommend for teens or those who need a smaller size.
Size 2 – recommended for those who have not given birth vaginally.
Size 3 – recommended for those who have given birth vaginally.

If your menstrual cup is leaking, it may have not been correctly inserted. Inserting a cup properly can take quite some time, patience and practice. In fact, our customer surveys show that it takes 2-3 menstrual cycles on average. We recommend that you check out our how-to-use guide.
